Corals

From Corsairs Tales of Pirates.net

Corals is a part of equipment for Explorers and Voyagers. Explorers and Voyagers need corals in order to use some land and sea skills. Some corals increase character's stats, for example movement speed. Players also can make sockets in corals and forge gems into corals. Coral cannot be strengthened.

What is needed to create a coral:

Multicorals

Multicorals are corals that only take up one equipment slot (left hand) like a Strike Coral, but allow all skills to be used. Multicorals add stats to the character the more, the higher the stage of the multicoral.

  • Using coral consumes energy. Multicorals need to be recharged with batteries.
  • Multicoral at stage 10 and before has 5000 energy, and the amount of energy does not increase with the upgrade of the coral. 11 stage and above has 20000 energy.

The first stage of the multicoral provides only small bonuses, while the tenth stage provides serious bonuses and can compete with expensive equipment in the amount of stats provided. In multicorals, as in common corals, player can forge gems.

Multicorals are run by NPC Coral Vendor - Lamon on north beach of Argent (2062, 2543). He can exchange inert stone wind coral for multicoral and also upgrade multicorals.

How to get multicoral

Go to Coral Vendor - Lamon and select "Create Multicoral". To create you need:

Attention! If gems are forged into an Inert stone Wind Coral, gems will disappear.

How to upgrade multicoral

Go to Coral Vendor - Lamon and select "Upgrade multicoral". The upgrade increases the coral's stats while keeping the gems forged. After completing the upgrade, you need to drag the new coral to any cell in inventory so that its stats are updated. Upgrading will require many different resources. Exchange table:

Energy: how to recharge corals with battery

Coral battery fully recharges the energy of the coral

In the process of using skills, corals consume a small amount of energy. When the energy approaches zero, the character will no longer be able to use the skill. Empty Lv 1 and Lv 2 standard corals can be simply sold to NPC, Voyager can buy new corals instead of them because they don't have much value. Inert stone corals and corals with forged gems should be recharged with coral battery. Battery fully recharges energy of any coral. To recharge, you must first double-click on the battery, then click on the coral with incomplete energy.
